Ethiopian Food 

The traditional main meals of Ethiopia consist of two main parts.  Injera, a large round, thin sponge like flat bread which is made of  Teff flour and Wot, a stew mainly  made from beef or lamb cubes or a soup made from different  types of beans. Many side dishes are served with main courses  some of the side dishes are: Fresh salads, cheese and fresh  vegetables.

Coffee ceremony


It is one of the most enjoyable event you can attend at an Ethiopian Restaurant.

The coffee is taken through its full life cycle of preparation in front of you in a ceremonial manner.  Coffee is called 'Bunna' (boo-na) by the Ethiopians.
